Job Description

Growth and Sales Manager at Opticomm driving customer acquisition through outbound campaigns. Identifying growth areas and optimizing strategies to enhance conversion performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-density Opticomm areas for targeted growth.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture retail leads.
  • Run outbound sales campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Close customers remotely through calls and digital communication.
  • Develop effective referral programs and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Web Development team to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics, including cost per acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Research and qualify buildings for potential business rollout.
  • Book meetings for the Director when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong closer with proven sales conversion results.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and high-volume outreach.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance.
  • Startup mentality—resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Able to develop strategies, not just follow scripts or static processes.
