Job Description

Growth Associate for eCommerce fulfillment client, building outbound and lifecycle growth systems. Working with founder and developing personalized outreach and high-quality prospect pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and segment prospect cohorts across India and international markets, including detailed stakeholder mapping.
  • Develop clear messaging frameworks and structured multi-step outreach sequences tailored to different customer segments.
  • Execute and continuously optimize email-led outbound campaigns to identify high-performing approaches.
  • Own the GTM engineering layer for outbound, including tooling setup, workflow automation, and deliverability management.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, personalization, and opportunity identification.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and extract insights to refine strategy.
  • Document playbooks, templates, and SOPs to create repeatable and scalable growth processes.
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including inbound lead nurturing, follow-ups, and reactivation flows.
  • Continuously experiment with new tools, messaging strategies, and outreach methods to improve response and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in growth, outbound strategy, and building GTM systems from the ground up.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
  • Strong written communication skills with sharp attention to detail and personalization.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structured processes from scratch.
  • High experimentation mindset — willing to test, measure, iterate, and improve quickly.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies rapidly.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and improve performance metrics.
