Job Description

Growth Lead at Statisfy focusing on building AI-powered outbound systems and supporting content. Responsible for lead generation and pipeline development for a fast-growing AI platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Build AI-Powered Outbound Systems (70%)
  • Prospecting & Research Automation
  • Design and implement automated prospecting workflows using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools
  • Build AI agent pipelines that research companies and contacts—pulling from LinkedIn, news, job postings, 10Ks, and buying signals
  • Create systems that generate personalized email copy and multi-touch sequences using LLMs (Claude, GPT)
  • Develop signal-based outbound—triggering outreach based on funding rounds, new hires, tech stack changes, etc.
  • Outbound Execution & Optimization
  • Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
  • Build A/B testing frameworks to optimize subject lines, copy, and sequences
  • Monitor deliverability, domain health, and sender reputation
  • Track metrics obsessively: reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated
  • Systems & Infrastructure
  • Own the outbound tech stack: enrichment, sequencing, CRM integration
  • Build automations between tools using APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
  • Maintain data hygiene—accurate contact info, proper segmentation, Salesforce sync
  • Document playbooks so successful experiments become repeatable systems
  • Create Supporting Content (30%)
  • Sales Enablement Content
  • Write case studies from customer wins (1-2 per quarter)
  • Create one-pagers, battle cards, and sales collateral
  • Develop email templates and messaging frameworks
  • Lightweight Marketing
  • Write LinkedIn posts for company page and founder amplification (2-3x per week)
  • Create simple blog posts that support outbound angles
  • Draft monthly product updates or customer newsletter
  • Basic landing page copy as needed
  • Content for Outreach
  • Create "content hooks" that make outbound more valuable (industry POVs, mini-guides, templates)
  • Repurpose customer conversations into content snippets for sequences

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years in growth, demand gen, or GTM roles at B2B SaaS companies
  • Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar. You've actually built workflows, not just used them.
  • AI-native: You actively use LLMs (Claude, GPT) to research prospects, generate copy, and build automations. Show us what you've built.
  • Strong English writing skills: You can write cold emails, LinkedIn posts, and case studies that sound native and compelling—not templated or stiff.
  • Experience with US B2B SaaS markets: You understand how US buyers think, talk, and buy. You've sold to or marketed to US personas before.
  • Technical comfort: APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, spreadsheets. Bonus if you can write Python or JS.
  • Metrics-driven: You track everything, know your numbers, and optimize relentlessly.
  • Async communication skills: You write clearly, document your work, and can operate with limited real-time oversight.
