Job Description

Growth Manager at BrowserStack owning end-to-end growth strategy for Requestly product. Leading initiatives for acquisition, activation, and retention with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own multiple business metrics, lead the growth strategy by defining the roadmap, setting priorities, and driving initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for Requestly.
  • You will guide the team by providing direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring strong execution.
  • You will work closely with Product and Engineering to align on growth priorities, coordinate launches, and ensure users reach value quickly.
  • You will explore and optimize growth channels by understanding which channels best fit the product, testing hypotheses, and investing in those that demonstrate strong product–channel fit.
  • You will create clarity and alignment by communicating goals, learnings, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-9 years of relevant experience in working with developer tools or products built for developers.
  • Must have owned and executed growth across multiple channels such as website and landing page optimization, content and SEO, paid acquisition, email and lifecycle, communities, creators/influencers, and partnerships.
  • Should be comfortable getting hands-on with tools (CMS, analytics, SEO tools, ad platforms, experiment frameworks) and don’t rely on large teams to ship and test ideas.
  • Have a good understanding of how APIs work and what Requestly does; even if you’re not an expert yet, you take initiative and are excited to learn how all the pieces fit together.
  • Collaborate well across engineering, design, and business teams to ship impactful growth improvements.
