Job Description

Growth Marketer developing lead generation strategies for a B2B SaaS company. Collaborating across LATAM regions and managing marketing automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate inbound leads for a B2B SaaS platform.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn, content, and organic marketing initiatives.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity, campaign performance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and demand generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach campaigns.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and increase productivity.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies is a strong plus.
  • Overlap with the Pacific Time Zone.
