Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager leading high-impact growth initiatives across the marketing funnel at fintech startup Finary. Focused on user acquisition, retention, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead high-impact growth initiatives across the entire marketing funnel from user acquisition to retention with a clear bias for action and results.
- Own experiments end to end, define strategies, build growth loops, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Design to optimize every step of the user journey.
- Operate with high autonomy and drive measurable impact.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in growth or marketing roles in startups or high-growth scale-ups.
- Think in systems and frameworks — especially growth loops.
- Own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Operate with a data-driven mindset and make decisions grounded in clear success metrics.
- Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.
- Prioritize ruthlessly using an 80/20 approach and think from first principles.
- Have experience running structured experimentation across the growth funnel.
- Communicate clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and actively promote a growth culture.
- Are an AI promoter and use it to amplify execution.
Benefits:
- A high-performing team - Work with A-players across every discipline in an environment that challenges you and helps you grow fast.
- Ownership - You’ll have freedom, responsibility, and trust from day one. We hire people for their talent, and we get out of their way.
- Impact that matters - Build a product that helps people take control of their financial future - a topic that affects everyone.
- A hybrid setup - We’re a hybrid setup company with teammates across France and Europe. We meet in person 6 times a year in Paris.
- Competitive compensation - A package aligned with your experience and impact.
