Job Description

Growth Manager overseeing growth channels for Super.com through a data-driven approach. Collaborating with marketing team and stakeholders to maximize user acquisition effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Discover, test, and scale channels, balancing volume with LTV/CAC. Formulate digital strategy through a combination of data driven judgements and adopting channel best practices. Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs
  • Collaboration: Be a thought leader, actively collaborating with the product team to explore new opportunities.
  • Impact & Ownership: Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring we maintain acceptable CP and EBITDA levels in accordance with the financial models

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of performance marketing strategy and execution (SEM / Programmatic / APP)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Proactive and keen to take ownership
  • Performance marketing strategy and actualization
  • Strong reporting and data assessment experience including the knowledge of how to query and pull data sets as required (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude)
  • High proficiency with data modeling and analysis
  • ROAS forecasting and management
  • Bonus points for: Hands-on experience with Post checkout networks such as Rokt and Fluent
  • Familiarity with Account management
  • Experience working on subscription or membership-based businesses
  • Experience at a high growth startup / tech company
