Job Description
Player Growth Manager in iGaming driving growth through non-traditional acquisition strategies focused on poker and agent networks. Supporting a portfolio across regulated European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across regulated European markets
- Build and scale agent-driven acquisition channels
- Identify and activate communities across various platforms
- Create innovative routes to market
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to localise growth strategies
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on ROI and player value
Requirements:
- Background in iGaming, crypto, or emerging digital ecosystems
- Strong understanding of poker communities and agent-based acquisition models
- Experience reaching audiences outside traditional paid channels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “build fast, test faster” approach
- Ability to operate in both structured (regulated) and non-linear growth environments
