Job Description
Growth Analyst at Paddle managing data-driven insights for their self-serve growth funnel. Collaborating with multiple teams to streamline the user journey from acquisition to revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Establish funnel integrity by building and maintaining core growth data models in Snowflake
- Track the full user journey from ad click to revenue
- Measure experimentation outcomes and define success metrics
- Identify growth levers by grouping sign-ups
- Audit marketing ROI to evaluate acquisition sources
- Forecast long-term growth by partnering with Finance
Requirements:
- A strong analytics engineer with hands-on experience in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake
- Analytically rigorous and Python-fluent, with experience designing and evaluating experiments
- Deeply familiar with marketing and PLG funnels
- Commercially minded and curious, motivated by business outcomes
- Biased toward pragmatic experimentation
