Job Description

AGS Growth Marketing Manager to drive attendance and revenue for iGaming affiliate events. Focused on strategic partnerships and performance-based marketing to enhance event success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive attendance and revenue for AGS events and conferences
  • Create multi-channel promotional campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and partnerships
  • Build compelling event messaging, value propositions, and creative assets that drive registrations
  • Manage event landing pages, registration funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to amplify event promotion
  • Apply affiliate marketing principles to identify, recruit, and activate promotional partners for event marketing
  • Develop partnership programs with industry associations, media partners, influencers, and complementary organizations to expand event reach
  • Create performance-based incentive structures (commission models, revenue sharing, referral programs) to motivate partners
  • Provide partners with promotional materials, tracking links, and reporting to support their marketing efforts
  • Track partner-driven registrations and revenue using UTM codes, promo codes, and attribution tools
  • Identify and target new audience segments to expand event attendance year-over-year
  • Develop retention strategies to drive repeat attendance and build a loyal community
  • Test and optimize new marketing channels and tactics to improve cost-per-registration
  • Build email nurture campaigns to convert prospects into attendees and past attendees into advocates
  • Leverage content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership to generate organic interest in events
  • Track and analyze key metrics including registration conversions, attendance rates, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI by channel
  • Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and inform budget allocation decisions
  • Create dashboards and reports to track progress toward registration and revenue goals
  • Conduct post-event analysis to identify successes, learnings, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with event operations, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive event experience
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials
  • Work with sponsorship team to align sponsor benefits with marketing initiatives
  • Present marketing plans and results to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
  • Demonstrated understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance-based marketing models
  • Proven track record of driving event registrations and revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships for promotional purposes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and event management software
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
