Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager responsible for demand generation and performance marketing at Geneo. Leading strategies across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and revenue analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels driving MQL volume and quality
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns tied to clear KPIs: MQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Partner with Brand and Content to translate positioning into high-converting ads, not generic performance copy
- Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, and offers with clear hypotheses
- Build and optimize lead nurture flows for different audiences (leads, providers, device owners, consumers)
- Track and report on performance weekly and monthly, including insights and recommendations
- Support forecasting and budget planning with data-backed recommendations
- Collaborate with Brand and Content,
- Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline feedback.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
- 2-4 years proven experience owning paid media budgets and reporting on financial impact on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Deep familiarity with CRMs, workflows, automations and analytics tools
- Hands on experience with SEO & SEM and website traffic analytics
- Strong UX and conversion instincts, you know what “good” looks like and why
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
