  • Funnel Optimization (Trial-to-Paid): Identify bottlenecks in the user journey, from landing pages to the product's "Aha! Moment."
  • Collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Squad: Orchestrate a robust team composed of a product lead, developers (front-end/back-end), product designers, data analysts, marketing specialists, and growth ops to execute an aggressive experimentation roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record managing digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS models.

  • Results Focus: We expect you to have a "funnel owner" mentality, radically prioritizing experiments that move revenue metrics and scaling learnings to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Proactivity: You should proactively propose new experimentation approaches and creative solutions, acting independently to remove impediments and ensure growth momentum never stalls.
