Job Description

Product Manager owning Signify Health’s clinician payments and variable compensation platforms. Building incentive infrastructure, pay visibility, time tracking, and workforce-outcome measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Midas Clinician Payments portfolio, including the Variable Compensation Engine, MySignify Pay, OCC Pay Module, and time tracking
  • Design and drive the Variable Compensation Engine with reusable incentive infrastructure, lever configuration, and reporting connecting spend to workforce behavior
  • Navigate stakeholders across Payroll, Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and Communications while sequencing approvals and meeting regulatory notification requirements
  • Write precise product specifications and translate ambiguous business requirements into unambiguous technical definitions
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to measure incentive effectiveness and return on investment
  • Build equity, fairness, and legal compliance for 1099 and W2 clinicians into product architecture
  • Define and track KPIs including incentive utilization, deployment fill rates, pay accuracy, time-to-payment, and ROI
  • Conduct discovery with clinicians, operations managers, and finance partners to assess manual-process costs in time, accuracy, and trust

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 4–7 years of product management experience owning complex, cross-functional products from discovery through delivery
  • Background in incentive systems, compensation design, or variable pay mechanics
  • Experience with payment complexity involving contractor (1099) and W2 workforce requirements
  • Understanding of full-time/part-time classification, hours compliance, legal exposure, and state-specific payment regulation
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across competing priorities and approval requirements
  • Hands-on technical depth, including troubleshooting integration failures, reading data models, participating in architectural discussions, and writing precise specifications
  • Strong data orientation and ability to define success metrics, analyze incentive performance, and connect spend to measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferred: experience in workforce platforms, gig economy, marketplace, or HR tech
