Job Description
Growth Strategist for KlientBoost, a performance marketing agency. Selling to new prospects in a consultative manner with inbound and outbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be in charge of selling to new prospects in a consultative manner, educating them on how to hit their marketing and business goals with the help of KlientBoost.
- You'll be working on a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
- You’ll primarily be selling SMB
- You’ll be able to get in-house subject matter experts to join your sales calls to help increase close rates
Requirements:
- You have at least 2+ years of marketing service sales experience in an agency setting
- Have a Performance Marketing background (you’re can confidently discuss Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative Strategy)
- You have experience in a handful of paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc)
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset & are very adaptable
- You possess the hunter “teaching yourself to fish” mentality
- You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented
- You have professional curiosity at the core
- You have strong familiarity with HubSpot & various Sales tools/platforms.
- You want to learn and grow
- You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and you know that nothing beats taking action from what you learn.
