Job Description

GTM & Revenue Operations Specialist managing outbound campaigns for a Dubai-based AI consultancy. Responsible for lead generation, workflow automation, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage cold outreach using Instantly and Dripify.
  • Manage sending domains, inboxes, and warm-up protocols to ensure high deliverability.
  • Proactively monitor performance and fix bottlenecks before they impact results.
  • Build hyper-targeted lead lists using Apollo.
  • Use Clay and AI to clean, segment, and enrich data to a campaign-ready standard.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n.
  • Connect tools via API and webhooks without hand-holding.
  • Build AI-assisted sequences and booking flows to streamline operations.
  • Own pipelines and contact records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Provide weekly performance updates and flag issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Instantly & Dripify (Cold Email & LinkedIn automation)
  • Apollo & Clay (Sourcing and enrichment)
  • n8n (Workflow automation)
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM & Pipeline management)
  • Claude / ChatGPT (AI-assisted copy and logic)
  • Based in South Africa with flawless professional English.
  • 2+ years running outbound campaigns or RevOps for B2B businesses.
  • Experienced in managing multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
  • A systems thinker who naturally documents wins and debugs breaks.
  • High-agency individual who operates with minimal oversight.
