Job Description
Own the technical backbone of revenue organization at Maven AGI, an enterprise AI platform. Responsible for Salesforce optimization, system architecture, and GTM tooling management.
Responsibilities:
- Own Salesforce (or primary CRM) administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
- Maintain data integrity, object structure, and system performance.
- Design and implement scalable workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Manage and integrate marketing automation platforms.
- Own outbound tooling (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage) and enrichment sources (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay).
- Ensure seamless data flow across GTM systems.
- Design and maintain lead routing, scoring, and assignment logic.
- Optimize lead lifecycle stages from capture → qualification → conversion.
- Ensure SLA adherence and proper handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
- Build and maintain automated workflows across the revenue funnel.
- Eliminate manual processes and improve GTM efficiency.
- Partner with Sales Ops to translate business requirements into system logic.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new GTM tools and integrations.
- Manage vendor relationships and system rollouts.
- Ensure tools align with long-term architecture and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in GTM Systems, Sales Ops Systems, RevOps Systems, or similar role.
- You are Salesforce certified with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, middleware like Zapier/Workato preferred).
- Strong understanding of GTM data models and system architecture.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and system reliability.
