Job Description

Head of Growth and Advisor Network at SentiLink overseeing growth strategy and revenue acceleration. Leading cross-functional teams to enhance market presence in fraud and identity verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive SentiLink’s end-to-end growth strategy, including demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue acceleration
  • Build and scale a predictable, high-ROI pipeline engine across channels (digital, events, partnerships, ABM, outbound/inbound)
  • Lead a cross-functional growth initiative across marketing, sales, fraud intelligence, advisory group, and other teams
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, segmentation strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Develop compelling positioning and personalized messaging rooted in deep understanding of fraud, identity, and customer pain points
  • Translate complex data, analytics, and product capabilities into clear, differentiated storytelling and thought leadership
  • Own experimentation and performance optimization across the funnel—continuously improving CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks to track performance, attribute impact, and inform investment decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Fraud Intelligence, and Solutions teams to bring new capabilities to market

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or fraud/identity
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling pipeline generation and revenue growth in a complex, technical sales environment
  • Experience leading and building high-performing marketing or growth teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep experience using data to drive strategy, experimentation, and decision-making
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives and campaigns
  • Experience with multi-channel growth strategies, including demand generation, events, ABM, partnerships, and content
  • Track record of improving marketing efficiency (e.g., increasing ROI, reducing CAC, optimizing spend)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing and analytics platforms
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for team collaboration, client engagement, and industry events
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
