Job Description

Head of Growth/Marketing at SDG driving user and revenue growth in a dynamic environment. Leading cross-functional strategies for user acquisition and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive user & revenue growth
  • Hire and manage people as the company grows & the marketing team expands
  • Increase market share by successfully launching new markets & further penetrating core markets
  • Collaborate with a growth-focused team across marketing, product, design, and engineering
  • Create a strategy for successful user acquisition, performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Continuing commitment to marketing best practice and marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, report on marketing programs and expenses
  • Creating reporting dashboard with ROI, KPIs, and other metrics tied to specific marketing programs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in defining and executing end-to-end marketing, growth, and lifecycle strategies at scale
  • Strong expertise in digital & performance marketing across major channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Advanced data-driven mindset: hands-on experience with marketing analytics, BI systems, and executive-level reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Deep understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing with the ability to build and scale strategy
  • Solid experience in marketing budget ownership, financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI optimization
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership, prioritisation, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (B2+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
