Job Description
Head of Growth leading B2C digital acquisition strategies in technology startup. Driving user acquisition, product retention, and monetization in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s growth strategy with a full-funnel vision: acquisition, activation, retention and monetization.
- Scale user acquisition in a high-volume B2C environment, ensuring sustainable growth while controlling unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback and cohort quality).
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google and emerging channels), maintaining an always-on operation with daily monitoring of critical metrics.
- Structure and operate a continuous, aggressive creative testing pipeline, ensuring a high volume of experimentation and constant learning.
- Build and lead a “creative factory” operation capable of producing and testing dozens of creatives per week with a performance focus.
- Implement a growth operating system with a clear weekly cadence for tests, results analysis and prioritization of initiatives.
- Work closely with Product and Data teams to improve the growth funnel across the entire user journey.
- Quickly identify performance bottlenecks, channel saturation or changes in user behavior, making fast decisions to course-correct.
- Lead and develop the marketing/growth team, structuring roles, processes and rituals that ensure execution velocity and continuous learning.
- Serve as the central alignment point between Growth, Creative, Social, PR and Product, ensuring coordinated execution in high-pressure environments.
- Run weekly performance rituals, including results review, problem diagnosis and definition of next experiments.
- Ensure operational discipline in the area: metrics tracking, priority management and consistent execution.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in high-volume digital B2C operations, with acquisition at scale (thousands to millions of users).
- Proven track record of making decisions driven by unit economics, with mastery of CAC, LTV, retention, payback and cohort quality.
- Experience structuring or leading large-scale creative production operations, with a high volume of performance-oriented creative tests.
- Experience building or restructuring marketing or growth teams, defining roles, processes and cadence of execution.
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads and emerging channels), with the ability to scale spend without losing efficiency.
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where decisions need to be made quickly and data-driven.
- Experience operating a structured growth and experimentation system, with a backlog of tests, result analysis and rapid learning cycles.
- Strong analytical capability, translating complex data into practical growth decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with executive leadership, explaining trade-offs between growth, risk and efficiency.
- Experience working closely with Product and Data, connecting marketing with user experience and monetization.
