Job Description
Head of People at a growing tech company focusing on international strategy. Leading talent acquisition, culture, and employee experience in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de People.
- Liderar Talent Acquisition, Performance, Cultura y Employee Experience.
- Acompañar a líderes en el desarrollo de sus equipos.
- Impulsar People Analytics para la toma de decisiones.
- Incorporar herramientas de IA y automatización a los procesos de Recursos Humanos.
Requirements:
- Más de 7 años de experiencia en People, con al menos 3 liderando equipos.
- Trayectoria en empresas de tecnología, startups o scaleups.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos distribuidos internacionalmente.
- Visión estratégica, orientación a datos y capacidad de ejecución.
- Interés por la innovación y el uso de IA aplicada a RRHH.
