Job Description

People Manager leading strategic evolution and structuring practices connecting people, culture, and performance for growth. Focused on analytical and impact-oriented strategies in HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the People strategy, aligning people, culture, and business goals
  • Plan and structure HR/People processes (Recruitment, L&D, engagement/climate, benefits, performance, internal communication, and people management)
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret people-related data
  • Lead and evolve programs such as performance reviews, IDPs (individual development plans), succession planning, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance and proper execution of labor and employment processes
  • Support the building and development of company leadership
  • Lead strategic People projects
  • Represent the People function in company decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role in HR/People
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Strategic Management, Leadership, or related fields
  • Experience with People Analytics, OKRs, strategy, and culture
  • Experience in leadership development and performance management
  • Experience in technology companies or startups
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
