Job Description
Product Manager responsible for product lifecycle of eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic systems. Collaborating with IT and stakeholders to ensure product alignment and success across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product “eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe” , from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the single point of contact for the product.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs and user feedback.
- Facilitate decision-making between business, IT, and external partners.
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs transparently.
- Own and maintain the product backlog.
- Define and prioritize epics, features, and requirements based on value.
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and understood by delivery teams.
- Identify and document the business value of IT requirements.
- Work closely with delivery teams (internal or external) to plan and deliver increments.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with support and operations to ensure stable and efficient run.
- Drive continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience.
- Provide regular status updates and product reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors).
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models like Scrum, SAFe etc.
- A background in TIC (Testing Inspection Certification) industry and/or Healthcare is a plus.
- A background in LIMS development is a plus.
- Broad understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience with ITSM and delivery tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory constraints in enterprise IT.
- Ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and effort.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments.
