Job Description

Head of Sales leading RevenueCat’s commercial system for its mobile in-app subscription monetization platform. Building multi-motion sales, pipeline, forecasting, and teams across the Americas and EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Account Executive and Sales Engineering teams
  • Set Sales strategy, goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and performance standards
  • Build a multi-motion Sales system across strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities
  • Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, use cases, market events, and product signals
  • Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals receive a named owner and intentional next action
  • Expand the Sales team by hiring and developing exceptional talent
  • Participate in customer conversations weekly and lead or support complex opportunities
  • Establish useful forecasting definitions and inspection practices
  • Define effective collaboration across Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support
  • Convert discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into playbooks, reusable assets, product evidence, and team training
  • Help more apps make more money without turning Sales into a standard “spray and pray” factory

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment
  • Experience managing managers or senior team leads and individual contributors
  • Success across multiple sales motions, such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling
  • Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization
  • Product and technical fluency sufficient to discuss a possible migration with Engineering
  • Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management
  • Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams
  • Desire to remain personally engaged with customers and live commercial work
  • Ideally, experience in a product-led or usage-based business
  • Ideally, understanding of app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity
  • Ideally, experience building an Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership
  • Ideally, experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs
  • Ideally, experience selling to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement
