Job Description

Healthcare Customer Service Representative remotely assisting members with health care inquiries and eligibility questions. Must have customer service experience and high school diploma.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support regarding health care benefits and eligibility questions
  • Conduct research and do outbound calls to provide answers for customers
  • Assist members with understanding their online health account

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
