Job Description
Healthcare Customer Service Representative remotely assisting members with health care inquiries and eligibility questions. Must have customer service experience and high school diploma.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support regarding health care benefits and eligibility questions
- Conduct research and do outbound calls to provide answers for customers
- Assist members with understanding their online health account
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
