Job Description

HR Intern supporting talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives at Vulcury. Joining a venture studio focused on innovation and startup growth in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, university portals, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions
  • Support onboarding workflows for new interns and team members
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
  • Assist with HR documentation and recruitment process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
  • Contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
  • Prior exposure to HR, recruiting, or startup environments is helpful but not required
