Job Description

HR Manager architecting people operations across LATAM for a remote-first company. Managing compliance, onboarding, and contractor relations in a high impact role.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead the onboarding journey for new hires
  • Manage operations to meet local legal standards
  • Own the annual performance review cycle
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international contractors
  • Partner with Recruiting to analyze hiring needs
  • Champion a positive, inclusive remote work environment

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years HR Experience
  • Remote Proficiency
  • C2 English
  • Experience with global HRIS tools (Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Background in scaling teams beyond 100+ people
  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks (SOC2/ISO)
