Job Description
HR Manager architecting people operations across LATAM for a remote-first company. Managing compliance, onboarding, and contractor relations in a high impact role.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the onboarding journey for new hires
- Manage operations to meet local legal standards
- Own the annual performance review cycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international contractors
- Partner with Recruiting to analyze hiring needs
- Champion a positive, inclusive remote work environment
Requirements:
- 4+ Years HR Experience
- Remote Proficiency
- C2 English
- Experience with global HRIS tools (Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, etc.)
- Background in scaling teams beyond 100+ people
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks (SOC2/ISO)
