Job Description
HR & Recruitment Support helping a corporate legal firm streamline their internal hiring and HR operations. Ensures candidates move efficiently through the pipeline while improving systems and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Operations & ATS Management
- Interview & Calendar Coordination
- Reporting & Data Management
- Communication & Inbox Management
- Document Drafting & Formatting
- Process Improvement & AI Support
Requirements:
- Strong Administrative Background – Experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support roles.
- ATS Experience Preferred – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is highly valuable.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Required) – Strong skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Scheduling & Coordination Skills – Comfortable managing calendars, interviews, and candidate communications.
- Excellent Written Communication – Ability to draft professional emails, documents, and reports with clarity and accuracy.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to track multiple candidates, schedules, and processes simultaneously.
- AI-Curious & Process-Oriented – Interested in using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
