Job Description

HR & Recruitment Support helping a corporate legal firm streamline their internal hiring and HR operations. Ensures candidates move efficiently through the pipeline while improving systems and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Operations & ATS Management
  • Interview & Calendar Coordination
  • Reporting & Data Management
  • Communication & Inbox Management
  • Document Drafting & Formatting
  • Process Improvement & AI Support

Requirements:

  • Strong Administrative Background – Experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support roles.
  • ATS Experience Preferred – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is highly valuable.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Required) – Strong skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Scheduling & Coordination Skills – Comfortable managing calendars, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Excellent Written Communication – Ability to draft professional emails, documents, and reports with clarity and accuracy.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to track multiple candidates, schedules, and processes simultaneously.
  • AI-Curious & Process-Oriented – Interested in using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
