Job Description
HR Service Delivery Generalist resolving employee lifecycle cases for Danaher, a global life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology company. Managing inquiries, policies, workflows, and process improvements remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Independently resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle
- Interpret policies and determine appropriate resolution paths, escalating when needed
- Own cases end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent outcomes
- Support regional inquiry queue performance through effective case management and prioritization
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement and standardization
- Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Partner with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk scenarios
Requirements:
- Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies
- Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
