Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner at Parexel supporting global HR initiatives and employee development. Analyzing data and collaborating with business management to improve HR services.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze human resources data for business area at the global/country/cross country level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness
  • Identify talent development needs within business area(s) or geographic and work with Global Human Resources Business Partner
  • Support the Global HRBP on regional projects and initiatives
  • Deliver Human Resources program and process training
  • Meet with senior business unit management to maintain business relations and understand employee/management pulse

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience with Workday
  • Business consultation and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred
