Job Description
Coordonnateur(trice) des ressources humaines handling international recruitment processes and supporting HR operations. Requires fluency in French and English with strong organizational skills in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process for positions located in multiple countries.
- Write, translate and publish job postings in French and English.
- Screen applications and conduct virtual interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs, candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Track candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate reference checks, background checks and other required verifications.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires internationally.
- Prepare and follow up on hiring documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of remote employees.
- Keep employee files up to date (contracts, personal information, administrative changes).
- Ensure the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR processes.
- Support the management of routine HR cases.
- Collaborate with external partners (recruitment firms, vendors, platforms).
- Produce reports and tracking dashboards related to recruitment and HR activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, including significant recruitment experience.
- Experience in international recruitment or in a multicultural environment (considered a strong asset).
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.
- Comfortable with digital tools, recruitment platforms and ATS.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
