Job Description
Hungarian Translator translating and proofreading English marketing copy for an eCommerce marketing agency. Maintaining original meaning, format, and tone for a short-term project.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret written pieces from English to Hungarian
- Maintain the original meaning, format, and tone of copy
- Read and thoroughly understand the context of materials
- Use specialized dictionaries and translation tools
- Proofread finished pieces of work
Requirements:
- Native Hungarian Speaker
- Availability of at least 3-5 hours a week
- Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Good knowledge of content editing tools
- Familiarity with translation software
- Time-management skills
Benefits:
- Hourly compensation for a short-term (1-week) temporary project
- Time spent on researching, brainstorming, and proofreading is compensated
