Job Description
Hungarian Translator adapting eCommerce marketing copy from English while preserving meaning, format, and tone. Short-term remote project with proofreading and translation-tool use.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret written pieces from English to Hungarian while maintaining original meaning, format, and tone
- Read and thoroughly understand the context of copy
- Use specialized dictionaries and translation tools
- Proofread finished pieces of work
- Complete a quick test after applying
Requirements:
- Native Hungarian Speaker
- Availability of at least 3-5 hours a week
- Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Good knowledge of content editing tools
- Familiarity with translation software
- Time-management skills
- Fluent in English in addition to native Hungarian
Benefits:
