Job Description

Implementation Manager deploying Hippocratic AI's safety-focused voice AI platform for U.S. health plans. Configuring use cases, coordinating stakeholders, and driving deployments from contract to go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end health plan use case deployments from contract signature to go-live
  • Serve as primary project lead and drive accountability for timeline and quality
  • Build and maintain Implementation Charters documenting timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria
  • Configure dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, and routing logic
  • Coordinate with health plan data and IT teams to define, validate, and onboard member data files
  • Project-manage population health, care management, clinical operations, Stars/HEDIS, IT, and vendor management stakeholders
  • Define and refine HAI's standard platform onboarding process, including integrations, data pipelines, member file schemas, and care management system connections
  • Build and maintain the HAI implementation playbook, reusable templates, checklists, and best practices
  • Hand off deployments to Customer Success at go-live with complete documentation
  • Travel 25–40% to client sites for deployments, stakeholder meetings, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live support
  • Periodically travel to Palo Alto headquarters for team alignment, playbook refinement, and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience specifically with health plans or managed care organizations
  • Deep fluency in health plan operations, including population health, care management, Stars/HEDIS, and utilization management
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments with 60–120 day timelines
  • Hands-on experience with health plan member data, including eligibility files, risk stratification outputs, and care gap lists
  • Ability to coordinate with health plan IT or data teams to ensure data quality
  • Familiarity with health plan IT environments and vendor onboarding processes, including security questionnaires, BAA requirements, and care management platform integrations
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills
  • Preferred: healthcare SaaS experience serving payors
  • Preferred: healthcare IT consulting experience with health plan clients
  • Preferred: deep familiarity with Stars/HEDIS measures
  • Preferred: experience with voice AI, outbound member engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration
  • Preferred: knowledge of CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and regulated data governance
  • Preferred: experience scaling implementation processes across multiple customers or deployments
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
