Job Description

Implementation Specialist onboarding new customers onto Paubox products for HIPAA compliant communication. Collaborating with customers via Zoom for DNS updates and email routing changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers of all sizes, on all Paubox products
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics
  • Supporting customers through the implementation period via email and zoom
  • Working with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
  • Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
  • Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with email routing and DNS management
  • Team player! We work together

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (it would be great if you have this)
  • Experience working in the healthcare or other regulated industry (it would be great if you have this)
  • Familiarity with Hubspot (it would be great if you have this)
