  • Monitor NENA standards, NG911 requirements, and state and local dispatch regulations
  • Contribute to competitive analysis of Logis Dispatch/CAD solutions
  • Track scope accuracy, technical win rate, discovery-to-decision cycle time, handoff quality, value realization within 90 days, and product feedback impact

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of hands-on experience in a 911 communication center or dispatch operation, including direct use of CAD systems
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery and translate operational requirements into an accurate, bounded scope of work
  • Working knowledge of dispatch protocols, call-taking workflows, and EMS and fire communication center operations
  • Familiarity with Logis CAD or comparable CAD platforms and integrations with records management, ePCR, radio, mapping, and telephony systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across communication center staff, technical teams, and Sales
  • Comfortable delivering first-look and solution-specific product demonstrations
  • Ability to build a clear, quantified value narrative tied to customer business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple concurrent deals across cross-functional teams
  • Roughly 50–70% travel required
  • Preferred: direct Logis CAD or comparable platform experience; customer-facing, implementation, presales, or solution architecture background; EMD or EFD certification; exposure to regional or state-level 911 governance and interoperability standards
