Job Description
Principal consultant improving finance processes for governments, universities, corporations, and accounting firms. Implementing finance technology, delivering training, and providing ongoing consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a team to improve clients’ finance and budget office business processes
- Implement and support industry-leading tools from CaseWare, Workiva, IGM, Blackline and BalancingAct
- Develop and deliver standard and customized training
- Provide diverse, ongoing consulting services
- Solve complex client challenges within defined frameworks and timelines
Requirements:
- CPA designation
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in public sector or corporate finance
- Proven ability to learn and master technology
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with one or more of: Workiva Wdesk & Wdata; CaseWare Working Papers, Financials & Connector; project management
- Capacity to solve complex challenges within a defined framework and timeline
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Clear, concise and professional communication
- Ability to effectively use the entire MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to build solid relationships
- Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for quality and creativity
- Solid time management skills
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Experience with one or more of: CaseWare Idea, Trintech, BlackLine Continuous Accounting, Balancing Act budget simulations platform, Questica Budget, SAP Concur Invoice Solutions
- Experience programming
