Job Description
Inbound Sales Closer for U.S. home services closing deals on the first call while working remote from LATAM or the Caribbean.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from interested prospects
- Identify customer pain points within the first few minutes of the call
- Clearly present the service and guide the conversation toward a decision
- Close deals on the same call (10–20 minutes)
- Confidently ask for payment and complete transactions during the call
- Handle objections in real-time and redirect toward closing
- Maintain control of the conversation while keeping it natural and persuasive
- Accurately update CRM with call outcomes and customer details
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, US-friendly accent. Communication must be clear, warm, confident, and professional
- Strong sales personality (persuasive, assertive, not passive or overly customer-service oriented)
- Proven experience closing deals on the phone during the same call (not appointment setting, not lead generation)
- Comfortable asking for payment directly on calls (credit card, booking, or transaction completion)
- Strong objection-handling skills (must be able to respond to “I need to think about it” and still push toward closing)
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive communicator who works independently and flags issues without being prompted.
- Comfortable representing a local U.S. business in a natural and trustworthy manner.
- Available full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment for calls.
- Additional requirements (big plus)
- Experience using CRM systems (Housecall Pro experience is a strong big plus).
- Experience working with commission-based compensation structures.
- Prior experience in home services (window cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.).
- Familiarity with field service management software.
- Basic proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms.
