Job Description

Insurance Administrative Assistant supporting daily operations for a growing U.S. insurance agency. Handling administrative tasks related to client accounts, billing, and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative operations for the insurance agency
  • Assist with policy servicing and insurance-related documentation
  • Handle billing inquiries and assist in resolving policy billing issues
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information in the database
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries from clients and prospects
  • Proactively track and follow up on missing information, signatures, and documents required to issue or update policies
  • Perform data entry and provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level, both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and online systems
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Highly preferred: Experience in Personal Lines insurance, particularly Homeowners and Auto
  • Strong understanding of casualty insurance processes and terminology
  • Nice to have: Experience using HawkSoft and PL Rating software
  • Experience handling insurance billing issues and payment-related inquiries
  • Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency
