Job Description
Insurance Administrative Assistant supporting daily operations for a growing U.S. insurance agency. Handling administrative tasks related to client accounts, billing, and insurance documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative operations for the insurance agency
- Assist with policy servicing and insurance-related documentation
- Handle billing inquiries and assist in resolving policy billing issues
- Maintain accurate client records and account information in the database
- Manage inbound phone inquiries from clients and prospects
- Proactively track and follow up on missing information, signatures, and documents required to issue or update policies
- Perform data entry and provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level, both verbal and written)
- Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and online systems
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Highly preferred: Experience in Personal Lines insurance, particularly Homeowners and Auto
- Strong understanding of casualty insurance processes and terminology
- Nice to have: Experience using HawkSoft and PL Rating software
- Experience handling insurance billing issues and payment-related inquiries
- Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency
