Job Description
Interim Head of Recruiting for national healthcare organization. Leading recruiting function during growth and transition phase with a focus on executive searches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small internal recruiting team
- Provide day to day leadership, coaching, and accountability for recruiting performance
- Personally manage and execute executive and hard to fill searches
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting priorities with organizational needs
- Evaluate and optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and systems
- Ensure the talent acquisition function is operating efficiently and delivering high quality candidates
- Monitor recruiting metrics and drive improvements in hiring outcomes
- Support recruiting process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
- Significant, dedicated experience as a recruiter with a strong track record of full cycle recruiting
- Experience leading or managing a recruiting team (even small teams of 4–5 recruiters)
- Proven experience conducting executive level searches
- Hands on experience working with and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems and TA technology
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast moving environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries is a plus
