Job Description

Interim Head of Recruiting for national healthcare organization. Leading recruiting function during growth and transition phase with a focus on executive searches.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a small internal recruiting team
  • Provide day to day leadership, coaching, and accountability for recruiting performance
  • Personally manage and execute executive and hard to fill searches
  • Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting priorities with organizational needs
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and systems
  • Ensure the talent acquisition function is operating efficiently and delivering high quality candidates
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and drive improvements in hiring outcomes
  • Support recruiting process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Significant, dedicated experience as a recruiter with a strong track record of full cycle recruiting
  • Experience leading or managing a recruiting team (even small teams of 4–5 recruiters)
  • Proven experience conducting executive level searches
  • Hands on experience working with and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems and TA technology
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries is a plus
