Job Description

Intern managing student and client interactions, updating databases for educational programs at CIEE. Working remotely in a role focused on organizational support and information dissemination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
  • Update client records;
  • Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date;
  • Direct visitors to the Portal pages according to the services requested;
  • Clarify clients' questions about products and services;
  • Provide service and register new clients;
  • Assist in populating the database (client registration);
  • Provide technical promotion of products;
  • Offer client support via email, phone, and WhatsApp for information about processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration, Marketing Technology (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to handle tasks that require focus;
  • Must have at least one year remaining until graduation.
