Job Description

Overseeing internal communications for Cleveland Clinic's Florida region, developing content for publications and media. Managing communication projects efficiently to support marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal communications for the Cleveland Clinic Florida region
  • Develop editorial content for publications, newsletters, and digital media
  • Ensure communication projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time
  • Report to the Senior Director of Communications for the Florida region
  • Act as liaison between client areas and marketing staff
  • Collaborate with client areas and graphic designers to determine appropriate graphic presentation of copy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Six years of experience in a communication/marketing function
  • Knowledge of communication practices in healthcare or other industries
  • Effective interpersonal skills needed to conduct interviews with physicians, nurses, patients and people at all levels inside and outside the organization
