Job Description
Investment banking expert contributing financial modeling and analysis expertise to frontier AI training projects. Fully remote, flexible independent-contractor engagement with leading researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute investment banking expertise to a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete the work remotely on your own schedule
- Provide services as an independent contractor
- Produce contributions that may support selection for future Mercor projects
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking
- Experience in at least one of: Financial Modeling; Pitch Decks; Investment/Analysis Summaries and Memos; Company/Industry Analysis
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Availability for a minimum four-week engagement
- Independent contractor status
- Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
- Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
