Job Description
IT Infrastructure Analyst managing IT projects and solutions in a Brazilian pharmaceutical company. Ensuring efficient IT infrastructure and supporting the technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, implementing and maintaining IT solutions to ensure the proper operation of the company's IT infrastructure and supporting the support team.
- Participate in and monitor improvement projects according to demands related to the optimization of on-premises and cloud server infrastructure, ensuring scope and schedule adherence, and coordinating and overseeing team members and business partners in task execution.
- Identify and propose new technologies, solutions or vendors available in the market, considering the technical and operational feasibility of implementation to support decision-making.
- Technically analyze change proposals from the team regarding infrastructure and environment changes, migrations and upgrades, assessing requirement fulfillment and impact on the IT environment to support decisions on implementation.
- Use a support tool to log, classify, route and close tickets to provide incident support for the technologies.
- Monitor changes in the environment, preparing and updating operation manuals or runbooks to support teams and users in using IT resources.
- Administer on‑premises and cloud servers and services.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems involving the IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Experience in IT infrastructure support/maintenance
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server
- ITIL v3 / v4
- Experience with industry BPX processes such as CMs, deviations and action plans
- Certification in VMware, Cisco, Dell or AWS
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
