Job Description
IT Support and Systems Administration role providing technical assistance remotely and onsite. Involves troubleshooting, managing user accounts, and IT service operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 environments
- Experience with Active Directory user account management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Ability to provide remote and onsite support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) for relevant roles
