Job Description
IT Prozessmanager steering efficient technical workflows in remote environment. Collaborating closely with departments and IT for digital process innovation.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for analyzing and documenting process requirements in the areas of development or production.
- You create IT designs, migration concepts, and process adaptations.
- You support all process stakeholders through to productive implementation.
- You contribute your ideas to shaping the IT landscape.
- You identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive their implementation.
- You coordinate internal and external project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in cross-functional process consulting within manufacturing companies.
- Solid know-how in engineering or production processes and associated systems.
- Excellent German and good English skills (at least B2).
- Structured thinking, team spirit, and consulting competence.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, as well as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
