Job Description
Analista de TI no Sicredi, instituição financeira cooperativa brasileira, gerenciando áudio, videoconferência e telefonia corporativa. Garantindo suporte operacional, integração de plataformas, governança de serviços e melhorias contínuas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and monitoring for meeting rooms, ensuring the preparation, configuration, and functioning of available technological resources.
- Plan and develop audio, video, and videoconferencing projects for corporate environments.
- Be familiar with fixed and mobile corporate telephony solutions.
- Handle and support technical requests related to videoconferencing and corporate communications services.
- Ensure proper integration between communication platforms, telephony, and corporate systems.
- Define, monitor, and report performance, cost, consumption, and governance metrics for the services under your responsibility.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes, services, and technologies to promote greater operational efficiency.
- Work in partnership with business areas and IT teams to define solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and strategic partners, overseeing deliveries and service levels.
- Work collaboratively with Networks, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Support teams.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and guidelines, contributing to the protection of the platform against internal and external threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience with audio, video, and videoconferencing systems.
- Experience with corporate telephony.
- Knowledge of managing carriers and telecommunications vendors.
- Knowledge of operational metrics and service governance.
- Experience with documentation and process standardization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone solutions.
- Experience with agile and Lean methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across different areas.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on user experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership mentality and responsibility for deliveries and results.
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
