Job Description

IT Support role ensuring operational efficiency at Sparteo, a company reshaping programmatic advertising. Manage hardware, software, and user support in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of hardware (laptops, peripherals).
  • Manage IT inventory and stock: track equipment, handle procurement, and prepare devices for employees.
  • Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical standpoint (device setup, access provisioning, equipment recovery).
  • Manage software licensing and SaaS access (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office network environment.
  • Provide on-site technical support when necessary to assist teams and resolve technical issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
  • Streamline the onboarding/offboarding process from a technical standpoint.
  • Create documentation and self-help guides to empower Sparteo employees.
  • Implement IT automation to reduce manual support tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Sparteo’s security policies and data protection standards.
  • Monitor system performance and manage hardware inventory and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of macOS environments and SaaS administration.
  • Experience with MDM tools, ideally Jamf, for device management and deployment.
  • Service Mindset: You are user-centric. You solve problems with a smile and focus on delivering the best internal user experience.
  • Problem Solver: You have a “Get it done” attitude (Sparteo DNA) and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and French to support our international expansion.
