Job Description
Italian-speaking customer experts supporting customers of a global consumer electronics brand remotely in Greece. Troubleshooting products, handling warranty inquiries, and delivering expert assistance in Italian.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical and product support for a world-renowned consumer electronics brand
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and warranty inquiries through various communication channels
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest electronics innovations, gadgets, and software updates to offer accurate guidance
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and expert solutions in the Italian language
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to the continuous improvement of the electronics service ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on emerging product trends
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain the highest standards of professional expertise
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong command of the English language for internal communication
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
- Passionate about consumer electronics, digital trends, and providing stellar user experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or electronics-focused environment is considered a significant advantage
