Job Description

Junior Account Executive role focused on managing LinkedIn profiles for diverse clients across multiple regions. Extensive training provided with potential branding under partner organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • To work with clients across multiple time zones.
  • Manage senior LinkedIn personal profiles (4 > 6 Profiles once training has been completed).
  • Outreach, engagement, posting of content (Content is provided), general account activity and various activity-based KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Create and implement personalised communication strategies for clients.
  • Develop clear objectives for each client and the strategies to achieve such.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and provide solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders in the company to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within our platform/service offering.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of work and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous Entry level role as an account executive, social media manager, or digital marketing executive in either a creative agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing.
  • Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • An understanding of client’s business objectives.
  • An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers).
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or a relevant field is preferential.
  • 1> 2 years previous work experience.
