Job Description
Junior Account Executive driving B2B growth for Wemolo in Austria. Responsible for customer acquisition and expansion of sales pipelines in digital parking management.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the expansion of our brand in Austria and ensure Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city
- You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Austria with the goal of acquiring them and future key accounts, driving sustainable revenue growth
- You will develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments
- Using CRM tools and data-driven analysis, you will keep track of your sales pipeline and KPIs at all times
- You will continuously pursue your targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager
- You will work closely with colleagues in Product, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo
Requirements:
- You have a successfully completed vocational qualification or degree and relevant professional experience, ideally with sales experience
- You have already gained 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding your targets. You convince with a hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations.
- You work goal-oriented, independently, and in a structured manner
- You speak German at C2 level and have very good English skills
- You hold a valid Class B driving license
- You have a high willingness to travel within Austria (approx. 15%) to optimally develop and expand your accounts and travel to regular meetings at the Munich office. You also represent us at trade shows, events, and conferences and are willing to deliver a talk or run a workshop there.
